Daniel J. Addanki, is a diplomate of the American Board of Nephrology. He has joined Highland Medical, Rockland Renal Associates with much experience in both Nephrology and Internal Medicine practice.

Dr. Addanki received his medical doctorate from Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, Karnataka, India, he completed his residency at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, NY and his Nephrology Fellowship at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.

Dr. Addanki is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI). In addition to his commitment to medicine, Dr. Addanki is also an active volunteer in his community.

Arthur M. Kozin, MD, FACP, FASN

Arthur Kozin, MD

Arthur M. Kozin, MD, FACP, FASN, is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Subspecialty in Nephrology and the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is one of the original physicians that founded Rockland Renal Associates, a longstanding Nephrology Practice in the Rockland County Community.

Dr. Kozin received his medical doctorate from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY, he completed his Residency at Montefiore Hospital Medical Center in the Bronx, NY and his Fellowship in Nephrology at New York University Hospital, Bellevue Hospital in New York, NY. During his career, Dr. Kozin has been recognized as a Top Doctor by Castle Connolly from 1998 through 2018 and a Top Doctor Hudson Valley in 2007 and 2018.

Dr. Kozin has held many leadership positions at Montefiore Nyack Hospital in Nyack, NY including, Chairman of Nephrology Section, Chairman of Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, an elected member of the Medical Executive Committee, and is currently a Senior Attending Physician and the Chairman of the Peer Review Committee.

Pavela Saha, MD

Pavela Saha, MD

Pavela Saha, MD, is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Nephrology. She received her medical doctorate from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ, where she also completed her Internal Medicine residency. Dr. Saha worked as an internist at Capital Health Medical System in Hopewell Township, NJ and at St. Joseph Medical Center in Paterson, NJ following her residency.

Dr. Saha completed her Nephrology fellowship at Stony Brook University Medical Center in Stony Brook, NY. Her studies included nephrotic and nephritic glomerulonphropathies, electrolyte abnormalities, chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and end stage renal disease.

Dr. Saha enjoys traveling, drawing, and painting. She is eager to serve the Rockland County community and build relationships with her patients.

Michal J. Tracz, MD

Michal J. Tracz, MD

Michal J. Tracz, MD is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Nephrology. Dr. Tracz specializes in Nephrology at Highland Medical, Rockland Renal Associates, a longstanding Nephrology Practice in the Rockland County Community. 

Dr. Tracz received his Medical Doctorate from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, School of Medicine in Stony Brook, NY. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine and his Fellowship in Nephrology at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. He also worked in the laboratory of Dr. Karl Nath at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, NY on a Nephrology Research Training Grant. 

Dr. Tracz serves as the President of the Medical Staff at Montefiore Nyack Hospital where he is an attending physician and preceptor for third-year medical students. Dr. Tracz is fluent in English, Spanish, and Polish. 

Steven B. Yablon, MD

Steven B. Yablon, MD

Steven B. Yablon, MD is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Nephrology and Hypertension. Dr. Yablon specializes in Nephrology at Highland Medical, Rockland Renal Associates. He was one of the original physicians at Rockland Renal Associates, a longstanding Nephrology Practice in the Rockland County Community.

Dr. Yablon received his Medical Doctorate from the New Jersey College of Medicine in Newark, NJ. He was an intern in Medicine and Assistant Resident in Medicine at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, MA and was a Renal Fellow at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Yablon was the Section Chief of Nephrology and Hypertension and Director of Emergency Services at Montefiore Nyack Hospital, where he is still an attending physician.
