Joseline Chummar, MD

Howard Feldfogel, DO

John Fitzpatrick, MD
Dr. Fitzpatrick has been caring for patients for more than 36 years. He is Chief, Subsection of Internal Medicine, Department of Medicine at Montefiore Nyack Hospital. He is a founding partner with Clarkstown Medical Associates, in New City, NY, an internal medicine and urgent care practice. Dr. Fitzpatrick is also Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at New York Medical College.
Dr. Fitzpatrick earned his medical doctorate from New York Medical College. He completed his Internship and Internal Medicine Residency at Westchester County Medical Center, the University Hospital of New York Medical College. During his residency at New York Medical College he received the “Resident’s Award for Excellence in Teaching.” In 2004, he was honored as the Physician of the Year by Montefiore Nyack Hospital.
Since 1987 Dr. Fitzpatrick has contributed to improving community health care by serving on several medical review committees at Montefiore Nyack Hospital.
Charles E. O'Dowd, MD, FACP
Dr. O’Dowd continues a family tradition at Montefiore Nyack Hospital, as his mother worked as an ER Nurse and his grandfather was a Surgeon. He practices at Clarkstown Medical Associates in New City, NY. Furthermore, he is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at New York Medical College, and Clinical Professor at the Pace University Lienhard School of Nursing.
Dr. O’Dowd earned his medical doctorate from New York Medical College. He completed his Internship and Residency at New York Medical College/Westchester County Medical Center.
Dr. O’Dowd also takes great pleasure in teaching medical students from New York Medical College, and Nurse Practitioner Students from Pace University and has done so for more than 15 years.
Alina Sardana, DO
Alina Sardana, DO is a board-certified family medicine physician at Highland Medical, Clarkstown Medical Associates in New City, NY. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at Seton Hill in Greensburg, PA. She completed her internship and residency in Family Medicine at Northwell Health, Plainview Hospital in Plainview, NY where she also served as Chief Resident. During her residency, she received the "Gary K. Rachlin Memorial Award" recognizing her for her outstanding care of patients, compassion, leadership and dedication to medical education. She was also recognized for her excellence in patient care, practice-based learning and quality improvement. Dr. Sardana was an active member of the Recruitment and Wellness committees during residency, and she served as a teacher and mentor to medical students as well. She currently holds professional memberships to the American Academy of Family Physicians and American Medical Association and can speak conversational Hindi.
Being a Rockland County native, Dr. Sardana is looking forward to building relationships with her patients and providing quality care to the community she serves. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family and friends.
Ellen Brunetti, FNP-C
Ellen Brunetti, FNP-C is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Highland Medical, Clarkstown Medical Associates. She is licensed to provide family-centered healthcare to patients of all ages. It was her childhood dream to care for the sick and provide well care to individuals. Her scope of practice focuses on health promotion, disease prevention and diagnosis and management of common and complex healthcare problems. Ellen stays informed and up-to-date with the latest medical practices with constant reading and research.
Ellen received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT. She received her nursing and master’s degrees from Pace University, Lienhard School of Nursing.
Ellen enjoys her free time by spending it with her husband and three sons.
