Alina Sardana, DO, is a family medicine physician at Highland Medical, Clarkstown Medical Associates in New City, NY. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at Seton Hill in Greensburg, PA. She completed her internship and residency in Family Medicine at Northwell Health, Plainview Hospital in Plainview, NY where she also served as Chief Resident. During her residency, she received the “Gary K. Rachlin Memorial Award” recognizing her for her outstanding care of patients, compassion, leadership, and dedication to medical education. She was also recognized for her excellence in patient care, practice-based learning and quality improvement. Dr. Sardana was an active member of the Recruitment and Wellness Committees during residency, and she served as a teacher and mentor to medical students as well. She currently holds professional memberships to the American Academy of Family Physicians and American Medical Association and can speak conversational Hindi.

Being a Rockland County native, Dr. Sardana is looking forward to building relationships with her patients and providing quality care to the community she serves. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family and friends.
