Duane Bryan, MD, FACC
Dr. Duane Bryan is a board-certified physician in clinical cardiology, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. He practices non-invasive cardiology at Advanced Cardiovascular Care in West Nyack, NY and serves as Medical Director of the Nuclear Cardiology Laboratory at Montefiore Nyack Hospital.
Dr. Bryan completed his undergraduate degree at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and received his medical doctorate from Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT. He completed his Internship and Residency at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell campus in New York, NY and his Cardiology Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY.
Dr. Bryan is Chief Medical Director of Nuclear Cardiology at Montefiore Nyack Hospital in Nyack, NY. He is also the Co-Director to the Cardiac CT Angiography department. His clinical interests include adult clinical and consultative cardiology. He specializes in adult and trans-esophageal echocardiogram studies and interpretation.
Jared S. Corriel, MD, RPVI, FACC
Dr. Jared Corriel is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Echocardiology, Nuclear Cardiology and Cardiac CT Imaging. He is a registered physician of vascular interpretation practicing at Advanced Cardiovascular Care in West Nyack, NY.
Dr. Corriel received his medical doctorate from Tel Aviv University, Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. Dianna Gaballa, MD
Dianna Gaballa, MD is a board-certified and fellowship trained cardiologist practicing at Highland Medical, Advanced Cardiovascular Care in West Nyack, NY.
She received her medical doctorate from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Gaballa completed two fellowships, one in Preventative Cardiology at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, NY and one in Cardiovascular Medicine at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Brows Mills, NJ. David Southren, MD, FACC, CHCQM
Dr. David Southren is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Critical Care, Lipidology, Echocardiography, Stress Echocardiography, Healthcare and Quality Management with subspecialty boards: Physician Advisor, Risk management, patient Safety and Case Management. He is the Division Director of Cardiology at Montefiore Nyack Hospital and the Physician Advisor at Montefiore Nyack Hospital. He practices clinical cardiology both at Highland Medical, Advanced Cardiovascular Care in West Nyack, NY.
Dr. Southren received his medical doctorate from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. He completed his Internship and Residency at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO, and his Cardiology Fellowships at Emory University in Atlanta, GA and New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY.
Dr. Southren is an Attending Physician in Cardiology, the Director of Cardiology and Physician Quality Advisor at Montefiore Nyack Hospital.

Mark Wesley Pomerantz, MD, FACC
Mark Pomerantz, MD is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology and Echocardiography. He is joining the team at Highland Medical, Advanced Cardiovascular Care in West Nyack, NY with over 30 years of experience as a cardiologist in Rockland County.
Dr. Pomerantz completed his undergraduate studies at Brown University in Providence, RI and received his medical doctorate from New York University School of Medicine in New York, NY. He completed his Internship and Residency at New York University Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital Center in New York, NY and his fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY.
Dr. Pomerantz takes a special interest in coronary artery disease, cholesterol and lipids management, heart failure and valvular heart disease and preventative cardiology. When he is not working in practice, Dr. Pomerantz enjoys alpine skiing, motorcycling and raising his labradoodle.
Altagrace Saint Paul-Lafortune NP-C
Altagrace Saint Paul-Lafortune, NP-C is a Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner at Advanced Cardiovascular Care in West Nyack, NY. She received her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY.
Prior to joining Highland Medical, Altagrace Saint Paul-Lafortune, NP-C has been caring for patients for more than 20 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her inpatient experience includes working in the Cardiology Step-Down Unit and Surgical Oncology Unit at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. She also has experience as a house call Nurse Practitioner, treating and educating patients from the comfort of their homes.
